Great place for those near sothern part of Dubai like Jebel Ali.

We enjoyed our breakfast and got complimentary unlimited black coffee if you have the “Family” card.

We went on a week day so place was nice and quiet. My wife went shopping while I stayed at the restaurant working. They have a strong wifi connection which was great.

If restaurant gets crowded, I could stay at their giant steps or visit their bakery & cafe area.

Ikea has only 2 branches in Dubai, so this is close to my home. You can find anything you need. Could of weeks they had big sale. Up to 50%.also you can get vouchers for future shoppings up to 25%. We bought Fer furniture piece and home decor. Staff very professional. Last order was a week ago. They have convinient delivery services not expensive. For my order I have paid only 39 AED for delivery. If you oder from discount section. It will be AED 100. Customer service is good. Response immediately. Polite and helpful. Also I lake that it has mini food court on second floor, so you can shop and dine, no need to exit. As well you can leave a kid in the play area, there is age limit only. But very convincing for parents and kids are save and entertained. All family members are happy.

Its no more the same : seasonal menu updates are tasty and delicious.

In every festivals the whole menu option do change

Located at Jabel Ali Village. Not much crowded. Friendly staffs. Bus shuttle available between Festival Plaza and Temple, Church and Gurdwara. For Timing Visit Festival Plaza Website.

Two days ago I ventured into IKEA Jebel Ali to look for a wardrobe and shoe cupboard. I was attended to by the salesperson Adnan Almahmoud in the wardrobe department who came up with exactly what I wanted after I gave him my specs. Adnan displayed exceptional customer service, was extremely helpful, patient and kind and even offered me water and juice whilst we were discussing the design. The final product exceeded my expectations and his ideas on the shoe cupboard which can fit 70 pairs of shoes made me extremely happy. Adnan helped to organize delivery and assembly which were all completed today without a hitch at my apartment. I have lived in various countries like Australia, UK and Switzerland and there is usually some problem or other but I was most impressed how my delivery and assembly went so smoothly. Thanks to Adnan and the IKEA team, I now have the perfect wardrobe and shoe cabinet! ????????????

Well organized and staff work tirelessly.
Restaurant has some good vegetarian options but I wish they kept the food hotter. It’s always just warm.

Nice place, less crowded compared with festival city branch, all under one ceiling concept, helpful staffs.
It is inside a mall as well, the parking is enough and easy access to Ikea and the mall.
They have lots of offers including offers on food too.
No long ques at the cashier and you do not have to waste long time quing.

Nice place you can pick some things that suits you there are also small play area for kids for free for one hour for family members
