Italian restaurant in Dubai hills mall. One of the warmest welcome from the staff to make you feel good and special. They don’t force you to order but they assist you and delight your experience. I really appreciate the warm and welcoming response from all the staff.

Place is quite small but it contains the same value as the other branches has and you will feel calm and not much noise came from the food court area. They have transparent kitchen that you can see from your seating area. Food is not pricey.

Best Il Forno branch for my husband & me. We had a very good dinner plus friendly and accommodating service of Jennifer.

First time we’ve passed by this restaurant. The second time kids asked for pasta and we went directly to this restaurant cos’ it was Italian and I was really amazed with the cuisine. Everything is simple but extremely tasty! You are very lucky if you find such restaurant in Italy!!!

Very Nice service, very friendly staff. Love the food, pasta and pizza both have authentic flavour. We are vegetarian still we get so many options suggest by Asxfac.
They give us rose on valentine's day and Complimentary Ice cream. What a sweet gesture..

I recently dined at Il Forno and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The food was delicious, with generous portions that left me feeling satisfied. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making for a comfortable dining experience. The staff were also great - helpful and attentive to our needs. If you're a fan of Italian cuisine, I highly recommend giving Il Forno a try. You won't be disappointed!

If I can rate this restaurant to 6, I would. Had the pleasure to dine with my Mi Amore and still this my favorite Italian joint here in the UAE. However, on this specific branch, the manager and the staff have excellent customer service. They have affordable prices but superb flavor. You must try it and you'll agree with me for sure. Definitely the best Pasta and Pizza in the UAE. Coming back this weekend for another round.

Ausfak was very accommodating from the time we stepped in the restaurant. He suggested us the pasta and pizza; we ordered it and it didn’t disappoint us. Nice food!

I had the best time celebrating my graduation at IL Forno. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very lighthearted and cheerful. A beautiful restaurant with beautiful food and suits every occasion of life ????

What an amazing service we have had. We were buying a house that was for sale via Gascoigne Halman. It was a challenging purchase with alot of obsticals but Steph Abby and Sarah were absolutely amazing throughout. As the purchaser I was a little more involved than I should of been but circumstances dictated this and steph was completely supportive and understanding. I can't recommend this agent enough and will definately return to them in the future.

It's been a pleasure dealing with the fantastic team at Gascoigne HC, exemplary customer service and real we'll get this done as soon as possible mentality has made out dream home materialize a lot sooner than we could have ever imagined.

We recently purchased a property marketed by Gascoigne Halman. Abby did a great job showing us around the property, no pressure, just honest and helpful. The manager, Steph, is just a true professional who takes a great pride in her job and who knows how to keep the process moving. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she drove the process forward but in a very empathetic way. Nothing but praise. Well done and thank you. Highly recommend this branch, a cut above.

The whole team at Gascoigne Halman have been brilliant. From being shown around the property to completion there has been no pressure and they have made process incredibly easy. They were always on hand to answer phone calls and chase various parties to ensure there was no delay. Would 100% recommend.

The team at Gascoigne Halman, Holmes Chapel are excellent. Stephanie, Sarah and Kate have gone above and beyond our expectations in the sale of the property. They chased all parties to ensure the chain operated as efficiently as they could. They have often gone the extra mile to ensure others have met deadlines. They do not let their frustrations with the lack of progress by, and lack of quality of, others work to affect their own professionalism. They have proved to be honest and trustworthy throughout. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling a property.
