VERY HARD TO COMMUNICATE. IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY THEY WILL NOT RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. 1/10 RATE FOR THE SERVICE. THEY USED TO HAVE EMERGENCY 24/7 TEAM SPECIALLY ON HOLIDAYS. BUT CAN'T CONTACT THE CALL CENTER DURING THIS PERIOD. SERVICE SUCKS ALSO

No solution from their side for any problem i need to fix it in my apartment and im living in Jumierah village circle where should be a good stay to live

I have requested them many times to fix the water that is dripping inside my house every time rains but no solution at all until the moment.

That’s really disappointing

And also im surprised for such a company like Harbor inn is dealing with low services maintenance company called Imdaad

The most unprofessional company from top of facility manager who's ignoring and running away from customers calls as he can't manage solving out the issues to, to smallest employee there I which I can rate in minus .

I wish I could rate them in Minus
I had placed request for waste collection and today is the 10th day my skip is not been cleared, it seems they are not bothered about customer service or public health and safety.
there is something wrong with company they used to be fast in waste collection but now it is a TOTAL WASTE dealing with the company

DO NOT USE! A bunch of deceitful crooks. They require advance payment of jobs, which no other company does. They sent a team to inspect the AC units for cleaning and gave me a quote. They did half the he job and claimed they couldn't access some areas. They didn't agree to give me my money back. I have everything on camera. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Protection because this is unethical.

Hi friends don't come here,it is waste of time to come here,poor maintenance and very very bad bahavier with customer, they ask me about hospitality experience but they are not mention any where they are just conducting interviews,if they want hospitality certificate then they have to be mention in that, actually I'm come here as a MEP supervisor position..
