Not great for schools with Primary kids to visit. Gates open only at 12 noon and we have to get children back on the bus and into school by 2:30pm.
They should offer some flexibility on timings without charging more money for extension of time. Also a lot of Primary kids are not height eligible so require adult support on rides. Another challenge.

Amazing venue but the toilets are run down and need a major overhaul. The food sucks and is too expensive. The rides take too long to go on - management needs to find a more efficient way to get people on rides AND renovate the washrooms!

Many rides are nice but the whole experience was not worth the price of tickets. Moreover restaurants are so expensive there. A small water bottle at 10 aed and you are not allowed to bring food. I regret it honestly.

If you have kids who love rides visiting Dubai, I recommend you add IMG Worlds in your bucket list. Your kids will love this place.

A bad experience so far, queues are very random, jumping queues is common. I understand it is the Middle East but the place can have better governance. It is almost 60 minutes since we parked the car , and we are still waiting for 1 employee to take photos of us for the annual pass, that I am already checking its terms and conditions re cancellation.

Best place for kids & Adults...
Once in life time opportunity. I recommend every Family to visit in life really amazing place. You will Love it. Food Court, Fun Games, Prayer Area, Cinema.....

A very poor attitude exhibited by most staff. Nothing for very young kids and many of the attractions including the kids zone charge 50 AED extra. Very disappointing for all the family

Wow the best indoor theme park in the world. Need lots of guts to sit on the rides. Enjoy the day with AED 20 per head entry with pay as you go rides with 25 per ride. Paisa vasoool offer
