Recently I make a new company & I get instant license I am trying to update my company and I am getting reaction 6 times a row I communicate with labour they said immigration issue means establishment card number is wrong and if I communicate with immigration they said labour IT system is down
I don't no where to complain I just know that 2 people they get over stay because of me because they was expecting that I will Process there visa

Unfortunately lack of correct information causes us to pay late fees,
Staff focus more on chatting chatting with friends and phone them attention to our needs, at the end of the day these services we pay it's not free.
And at the end we pay a big fine for misinformation.
Hope things get better next year ☹️

They/Amer have charged for urgent visa and told to come before 7.
But upon arriving at 6:30 , It’s closed.

Need to update the timings and be clear with details

Day 3: upon arrival , immigration application server is down.
Would have preferred Zajel/passport pick-drop service for 40AED instead of 100 urgent visa.

Good facility, very few (not all) staff need to learn better customer service. Do not give attention to mobile while serving a customer. That give a bad impression to person as well as such a reputed organization.
