Moved recently to Rigel JVC, building is nice but the worst management ever. Most of time building not clean (including entrance), in addition to some friendly cockroaches. the MAJOR issues are maintenance. Fire alarm every day, parking cards not working, AC in building broken every while, walls are damp, elevator system killing.

I am a tenant at one the apartment buildings where Inaya is the facilities management service provider. I would like to highlight that their service has been deteriorating over the years and they mislead the tenant. The behavior of the team is also not amicable towards the tenant.

We rented new flat from wasl property from wasl Green park building P2 flat 404 since 3 of july they giving 7 days to maintenance time if there is any issues to fixing and today it’s 14 of July still we not in our new flat because of maintenance issues almost done except ac not cooling our maintenance team always says today or tomorrow very worst company there is no professional people and no qualified to work if going to rent flat check first maintenance company if INAYA go away.

I had very bad experience with them in Miraclz by Danube. Extremely unprofessional and careless attitude. My building parking card is blocked since 11th January. All the dues are clear yet they are not giving access to building. Spoke with Mr Salman the manager several time and every time he started telling new stories that there is some virus in parking system. Everyone’s card is working fine except mine. They even don’t deserve 0 star.

When we purchased our new place the Air Con could not keep up. After an investigation we find that it had not been installed properly originally in terms of the size of the units and the size of the space. We had to redo the entire system. We were recommended INAYA and are really happy we used them! They did a great job at a great price, they were really responsive and really quick on some snags. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with their work. I don't write reviews often... but I felt these guys deserved the time to write one!

MEP concerns with my apartment was always professionally delt with and fixed with perfection. Recently a leak was noticed in our kitchen roof and Mr Bijin and his staff did the necessary to fix the leak. It was indeed a professional repair and this us something which I appreciate. Great Jon!! Keep it going

Worst service extremely inefficient. They close ticket’s without resolving issues and taking consent. They don’t respond to emails. Highly inefficient call center. Call center agents don’t communicate priority tasks. Would not recommend them at all. Had extremely bad experience with them.

** Nabu Sundas ** who works in Jeewar Tower security in JVC has always, no matter what hour of the day been the most helpful, delightfully polite, sincere and caring member of staff.

He makes sure everything is working perfectly and that all residents are satisfied that everything is in order.

He always brightens up my day every time we speak. He adds a real welcoming feel to the premises whilst acting professionally, at all times.

We are very lucky to have such a decent gentleman looking after us and I am sure that he is going to be a very valuable asset to the Inaya organisation moving forward.

Thank you Nabu for all that you do for all the residents in Jeewar Tower . ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
