Spent a smashing week here recently. Very welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy, as was the bed. En suite was good and an efficient shower.
Other reviews have commented on the noise from the pub/people leaving but we didn't have any any issues at all.
Car park could get quite congested but didn't effect our enjoyable stay.
Room cleaned daily and ample supplies of water/tea/coffee etc.
Nice touch was the daily breakfast bag, including porridge, croissants, flapjacks etc as well as a piece of fruit and a drink.
Martin and all the staff are doing a grand job!

Cheap booze ,friendly staff and amazing karaoke nights . Lots of fun nights to be had . Just don't bother with the next door club . Not worth the hassle and silly dress code for such a small club. Takes itself too seriously for what it is.

I popped in this place for a meal and a couple of pints.
The food was enjoyable and the service excellent, well done Victoria you made our experience enjoyable.

Really clean room, very good service and the staff very friendly and attentive. Food very good. Expect noise as it's a very active public house/hotel close to side street, period building with original windows. Still love the place, go back again best room prices in town. ????

The meals are very good and drinks, but it's very noisey with burst,s of loud music.

I had the rack of ribs £17. They were delicious and sweet potato fries were lovely well worth a look

From the moment we arrived Amy was extremely helpful, even finding a secure place to store our tandem cycle overnight. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well appointed. We ate in the bar and the food was great with generous portions and all reasonably priced.

Had a lovely stopover while cycle touring in Norfolk, many thanks.

Friendly service and simple clean room with en-suite. Packed breakfast with muesli bar, porridge, apple and fruit juice. Room (4) was surprisingly quiet although in the middle of the town centre there's a fair bit going on in the morning. They warn off possible noise until the pub closes at the weekend as there's live music.

Good value and a great base for exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer. There's a food market in North Walsham on Thursdays
