Indy-Box, a new indian fusion restaurant  in town located in Jumeirah and delivering all across Dubai, They offer some amazing variety of Indian food with interesting twists. Taste Wise omg all the dishes are amazing, delivery was on time with perfect packaging and proper  leveling of dishes.

So we tried :

In starter
Miso Masala butter fish:

So this is something different I tried for the first time and comes out so well  . The sauce is a very different and perfectly flavorful fish marinated in miso .

Truffle Galouti slider:

The vegetarian starter is a star dish for me . Highly Recommended melt in mouth soft buns stuffed with small kebabs and look wise  oh wow .

Bhunee Shakargandhi:

Boiled sweet potato coated with a lot of indian species which tastes salty, tangy, and savory with a bit of sweetness which gives it a perfect kick to it.
Pao Bhaji :
Guys it was such an amazing treat to have. perfectly buttery pav goes well with the bhaji and the crunch of onion

In Main.

Amritsari chole with  Truffle Kulcha and Amritsari Kulcha.
Super soft kulcha topped with truffle which gives it amazing flavor. and the Amritsari chole tastes like yumm .. highly recommend .

Paneer Makhani with Butter Naan

A perfect paneer dish with tangy flavour with lots of capcicum and onion  and goes so well with butter naan.

Overall Experience.
A highly recommended place if you want modern variation and twist in Indian food with pocket friendly budget with safe delivery.

Thanks to indybox, we can now have desi aunthentic food whenever and wherever WE want cooked and packed to absolute perfection!!❤️????
The food was hot even after an hour of the delivery! And was extremely fresh and delightful.
From all the dishes I ordered, I absolutely LOVEDDDDDD the mutton raan tacos, fish tikkas????????, the burratta daal the most.
Order and you will know, the ingredients are freshhhhh and hence the food is just so so so GOOD.
Definitely re ordering super sooon.

Amritsari Kulcha

Loved the taste. A crispy yet softened bread stuffed with mashed boiled potatoes and Indian spices. Too good.

Truffle Kulcha

Soft kulcha with stuffing and brushed with truffle which gives it a garlicky flavor similar to shallots with a deep musky aroma. truffles no doubt have the unique ability to enhance savory and even kulcha to gourmet status.

Philly Chilly.

Soft and succulent melt in mouth chicken chunks marinated in Indian spices served with amazing dip compliments best with garlic naan which was too good.

Miso Masala

Amazingly flavorful fish marinated in miso sauce which tastes salty, tangy, and savory with a bit of sweetness which gives it a perfect kick. Too good.

Spicy Lamb Galouti

A star dish for me . Highly Recommended melt in mouth soft buns stuffed with melt in mouth kebabs oh wow what a flavor it was.

Mutton Raan

Soft ???? stuffed with mutton raan roast loved the tenderness and bite sized tacos which made it more delicious to feel the aroma and tenderness in every bite.

Jalapeno Curry.

It was a unique chicken curry made with Jalapeños not too spicy a moderate flavorful green curry.

Tikka Masala

Thick Chicken gravy made with Indian tikka masala. Delicious and flavorful .
A perfect for curry lovers.

Overall Experience.

It was a safe and delicious delivery experience. I must say taste is very unique with a modern twist in Indian food. A must try place for sure.

Nice food presentation, timely food delivery and delicious modern indian cuisine. Nice food portions, bite size and neutrally balanced flavours suited to any taste buds not strong on herbs and spices.
