Booked my table for new year much in advance, was confirmed twice, paid, when I arrived, there was no table, discussion with all staff took me around 40 minutes without any resolution. The guy who said he was the manager,(Hani), were just talking, and problem was not solved. In the end,we got cash refund, from pocket of that manager which is unprofessional and really weird. I'm not sure that such people can represent the Sofitel brand... I would like to find out who is really responsible for the customer service in sofitel JBR. Don't book this place for events!!!! Never!!!

Booked weeks in advance, double check our location twice and even the day before the new years event, at arrival our table was given to another customer, the solutions to their mistake were not good at all. Our new year's celebration ruined thanks to not well trained personnel. Won't visit that place again.

Terrible experience. I have never had such a low quality house wine. Food service and quality was not even close to below average. They have to improve a lot.

A good place to relax in JBR offering good drinks / food. Shisha was average and the service a little slow

Unprofessional staff, destroyed my new year eve, making us wait for an hour and forsed us to cancel reservation, will never visit this place again

Very unprofessional way of dealing with the costumers, they destroyed the New Year event, no any solution from the management.
