Absolutely disappointed with their services. Used this company last year for my kids summer and spring camp it was ok. This year, their response rate had dropped to zero, seems like they don't want business. Never replied to my endless messages, finally after 3 days of waiting they managed to answer , when I requested to send me payment link for both the kids, it was sent only on the DAY when my kids were supposed to already be in the camp, it was also sent with wrong amount and the best part for a WRONG LOCATION. Super disappointing they have to change their way if doing business. I don't recommend this company .

I highly recommend Infinite Sports Camps. We started out by signing up for one week in the Summer and we ended up doing 7 weeks as my two boys- ages 4 and 8 loved it so much. Head coach Clint and Riette were amazing and always had something fun and new planned for the day. From the admin side, booking was a pleasure and very easy. Admin were very accommodating when we missed a day and let us make it up later when suited us. Thank you for a great camp Infinite Sports, look forward to the next one!

Our daughter has been attending camps with Infinite since she was 3 years old and did the summer camp again during the last school holiday.
The coaches were amazing! They understand how to deal with the kids when they having a bad morning and help them settle in. We could see how she developed and became a confident little girl.
We can't wait for her to join again during mid term break!

We had the worst experience with our child and they ruined our sons summer and new school onboarding plan.

We signed our three year old son to the summer camp within his new school so he would become confident and familiar with the environment. Unfortunately that was not the case as the head coach clearly was an extremely negative and unprofessional person. I’ve never met someone that is qualified to teach/coach small children that constantly moans about the children and also thinks that it’s ok to imply that that a small three year old child is a thief and a scavenger.

I’ve never felt uncomfortable leaving my child in the hands of carers until our experience with this summer camp.

I cannot recommend this camp to anyone and believe that the coaches in this camp require unconscious bias training so this will never happen again to anyone else’s child.

Our son loved the spring camp there, all the coaches and teachers were so professional and friendly! Amazing team, so happy to know you infinite sports :)

CAN NOT TRUST this company.
Last winter camp in December, they suddenly change the location just one day before it’s started and they said the money will be refunded soon.
I waited one month but it was not appeared on my account. I asked again and they said that you can use for “mid term break” on February. Why it is not refunded? They already said it is in process and will be credited on my account.
Again I asked and informed my account number but I waited 2 weeks MORE it doesn’t appeared. Why I waited and trusted them so long?
They are fooling parents and customers. I can not count how many times contact to them. They ignored my WhatsApp message and didn’t reply at all. Do not waste your time and money.
