They talk very nicely but have no knowledge of computers/laptops. Will force you to leave your laptop with them on some pretext on the other. Please do not leave your laptop with them and ask them instead to do everything there and then itself.
If in case, you do leave your laptop, they will not contact you for many days and then suddenly call one day and say your laptop has whole lot of problems and we are sending it elsewhere for repair and it will take even more time and even more money. They will suddenly tell motherboard not working, we are sending laptop elsewhere to get motherboard changed. On the contrary, my laptop was pretty new and there was no problem with the motherboard at all!

I have heard other people complaining the same.

If you are looking for a one stop shop, then you can visit them. Staff are helpful and direct, they will inform you if it's good or not in terms of service. If the repairs will be worth it or not, no sugar coating. Prices are reasonable enough with the current price in market but open for negotiation as well.

Don't bother, overpriced and outdated stuff.
Its okay if you don't know much about computers. They're good when it comes to laptop accessories, batteries etc. But you will be overcharged for repairs and basic things. Go to an authorized dealer or repair store.
