Terrible customer service. Sujith banged the phone on my face when I was negotiating a deal with him. This is extremely rude. I will never buy anything from here.

Bad customer service. Not clear about the price of their items. Already agreed on one price just to discover later that it doesn’t include the VAT.
Their agent bluntly told me to find another shop when i told him that I’m not happy with the price which is totally ridiculous and rude.

Best service ever. Had a super friendly and professional service. Big thanks to Jassim Farhan, helped a lot, was also very knowledgeable about parts that I needed. Definitely will recommend Innox technologies to friends and family and to anyone wanting pc parts.

Save your money and don't buy from them, if the product you bought is damaged they'll tell you it's normal like this and all parts are same then it's not their issue, and don't even try to ask for a refund, they'll get angry and you'll be forced to just take your item and accept the loss.
