We used this company for the first time for a 4am airport run. They were punctual, the driver was polite and very helpful with our cases, the vehicle provided was as requested and clean. The communication during booking, which was all done by email, was brilliant. Very reasonable price and could pay by card. Would definitely use again.

Great service as always taxi arrived on time for Airport.When coming home rang as we picked bags up and taxi arrived at drop-off within 15 minutes.

Absolutely disgusting service, tried to ask call handler about a taxi to say it had arrived 15 mins ago and she proceeded to scream at me he’s there he’s there. I tried to calmly explain the situation that he’s not and my parents have been waiting a very long time at Gatwick. Everytime I said do not talk over me she said absolutely refused and said you are telling me how to do my job! Not once did I tell her how to do her job I was simply trying to explain a driver had lied and said he was at his designated place 15 mins before and still not arrived, her attitude was absolutely disgusting and I hope their calls are recorded as she needs to be trained in how to speak to customers!

been using this taxi service for a while & one of the most reliable and efficient service i have been provided with, the drivers each time made me feel safe and secure as i am a special needs individual & have always been on time and friendly. thank you very much for providing me with a hassle free service for many years and i hope it continues

Excellent service. Ordered an 8 seater mini bus to take us to a Wedding. The driver arrived on time going and for the return journey late at night. Our driver Farooq (apologise if spelt incorrectly) was very helpful and polite. Would recommend 100% and will definitely continue to use this Company. Always get a very good service.

I've had to call for a taxi twice in the last fortnight, and I chose this company - and would again! The 'phone was answered quickly and efficiently, a text was sent to me with registration details of the vehicle that would be collecting me, and I was collected in minutes! On both occasions the driver was extremely pleasant and courteous. I'm very happy to recommend this taxi company. Incidentally, both drivers got me to my destination in a safe but speedy manner.

Terrible service. I booked a taxi with the company to pick us up from home to drop my kids at school and they certainly did not fail to disappoint. Some chap with a VW passat told us that he was in his way and we waited patiently for about 15mins. After 15mins we called him to find about his whereabouts. He refused to pick our calls. This was now about 9.05. School started at 8.40. We booked that taxi for 8.30. My kids got to school late and extremely exhausted. I called the company to inform that and they couldn't offer a simple apology. Terrible service!
