App works fine on the phone, but using my computer to place orders on the website directly is a disaster! Buttons are not named properly, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to choose a substitute. Had to cancel it all together when using the computer.

Its a shame I made many orders from it yet when there is one missing item they did not refund me. You guys should learn from amazon and noon how customer service should be.
