Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and Professional. Breakfast were delicious. Worth for each bucks spend. I am definitely going back and recommend to my colleagues. Thanks to Prasanna, really you are best at your profession.

The room was clean and comfortable with an efficient and noiseless ventilation system. I had a room with a water side view. The laundry service was exceptional and my clothes came back in top condition. The reception staff were able to swiftly deal with my needs and they appeared to be genuinely friendly.

A very nice hotel with everything you need. Feels like a 4 star hotel rather then a 3, which it is.
Staff is very helpful and polite.
Breakfast is great, not so much the restaurant during lunch and dinner.
Rooms are spacious and I loved the huge bed.
A good stay.

Service was great: staff is attentive and accommodating. However, two major disadvantages are 1) the location is not convenient if you plant to visit the major attractions in Dubai and 2) the runs have no noise isolation at all!!! So every time guests in the other room were going to let's say the toilet, it felt like they were in the same room with me!!! I was not able to catch some sleep till 2 am because there were noise kids next door! Never going back again and I totally discourage you to book there: there are much better options for the same price

I funny detail: the room had a TV with my name displayed, so you can feel welcome. But honestly, I prefer decent noise isolation between rooms than any of these eye-catching things.

I recently stayed at IntercityHotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

I like this hotel I have been to here.
I can say it's a good hotel.
Very Good Breakfast, Room Cleaning, and the Internet.
But the Reception staffs are fair.
They should warmly help the new guest.
Please, put water in the room according to the number of people in the room with an extra bottle.
I will visit the hotel again.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location on the waterfront, but not quite good within Dubai's main attraction. The staff at the reception and restaurant were helpful and very friendly.

The rooms are not very well-insulated, as we could hear the sound of vacuum cleaners in the hallway and there was construction working happening near the hotel during our stay. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still satisfactory. The property has a pleasing overall environment and we had a good time during our stay

Extremely good service provided overall. Must say that the housekeeping team is doing very well everyday in satisfying the guests needs. Especially the head of housekeeping Prasanna personally helped me for my requests. At the reception all the staff like Perera is extremely helpful to all their guests... Keep up with the good work guys ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
