every year it gets worse and worse.
the amount of time you have to spend on check-ins, etc., keeps getting longer
being already in the queue and waiting to board the train, it turns out that we will be going much later than according to the schedule in the application.
Many times there are long queues and the train is only or maybe half full.
the toilets smelly and very dirty. no water is standard.

Sometimes it’s brilliant, sometimes it’s not. Completely random. I gave four stars because it has got better I think.

Horrid. Nice facilities but their time tracking is not accurate. There was hardly anyone in today, we followed the indications to the letter. What happened? Slow passport control and pointless security control, and we missed our train. If this was an airport, the airlines would go out of business.

Delays possible (imminent 2hrs ) but thanks for being there, thanks for talking to us and letting us know! Thanks to all the staff border force Douanne, Control Frontaliers terminal staff for keeping it together in the horrible weather and making it possible to travel

We were travelling to Belguim. The booking was simple and the arrival procedures were effortless. We visited the duty free and food hall. We were given uptodate advise on our duty free entitlement. The WC was visited which was clean and well maintained. The trips were effortless.

Ridiculous queues, we were served by people who didnt speak English and we were directed into the wrong place. In France at least 5 hours wait, I feel sorry for drivers.

Once again Eurotunnel lieing about crossing times. Double it and you might be nearly right. All we’d like is some honesty.
Middle of the night, nearly all lanes full and less then one train per hour.

Be quicker in a Dinghy.

Arrived at junction 11A at 11am, its currently 3.20pm and still in England, the line barely moves, no toilet or food services have been made available for HGV drivers, and it's the hottest day. Disgraceful. Do yourselves a favor and take the ferry.
