Absolutely appalling service. I arrived at 10am, just when they opened. I wanted to buy a specific bra and asked for help several times ( I was the only customer and there were 4 shop assistants). I also asked for them to take my measurements which they were very reluctant to take.. I also wanted to get the bra in different colors which they didn’t have (not their fault). Ultimately I ended up ordering the bra online from Azadea in different colors since the online prices were 30% cheaper than in store and took the measurements myself…

I never had such a bad experience at intimissimi and I’ve visited their stores in the UK, Spain, Italy and France..

Amazing products, but the staff were not very good. I asked for two bras of the same size, and they gave me one of them in another size, as I asked for both in the same size I didn’t realise until I got home… so I have to go back and exchange the size.

Also when I asked for the promotion coupon I wanted to use, they applied another type of discount I didn’t want, without even explaining it to me. They only told me when I realised they discounted the wrong amount and asked about it.

May who is the manager there and Sophie in sales at the store in Dubai mall are so so so amazing. Not only did they help politely with finding what we wanted but they also returned back an extra 100 dollars we had left there by mistake. We only realised much later and came back for it - they kept it safe . They both are an asset to the store brand and the mall- makes us feel safe with good quality people in Dubai. Bless them.

I've been a fan of the brand for over a decade and was excited to visit the store on my trip to Dubai. I read the negative reviews and went in with low expectations. Nobody really greeted me or asked if I needed help. But when I went over and asked for help finding the right size for a few products, the shop assistant was very helpful and polite. I had the same experience a week later. Some people might like being hassled when they walk into a shop. I like to be left alone to look etc, and served well when I need help.

I am a loyal client of intimissimi, since i lived in italy my entire life and bought from their shop since the beginning but I have never received such a bad treatment service in my life like the one i received in the intimissimi store of dubai mall from one saler or store manager , marrocan girl who literally had a very rude attitude and entered inside the cabin while i was changing my clothes and started to judge my outfit in a very bad manner and unappropriate words, very disrespectful person. I felt like a phisical harassment from her

My worst experiences with Intimissimi stores have been in the store from Dubai. Being a loyal customer, I visit the store often and every time I have to deal with bored and unprofessional sales assistants. Today I interacted with the store manager, May, whose attitude made me not want to visit the store again. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated and based on this interaction I will avoid the store as my past experiences left me with bad humour after purchasing in this store. Perhaps the store team would benefit from a customer centric sales training.
Additionally, it seems that wearing the mask is also option among the staff.

I’m in love with intimissimi for its quality and design. But I will never come back to this store again! The lady called Sophie also throw my clothes and the anti-theft security tags on the counter. When I asked to help me to find clothes, her attitude was very rude. She didn’t wrap my items as well! I was shock with the quality of the service! After sometime we came back and asked other lady to help me, who was very polite and wrapped my items. And we saw Sophie who was super polite and sucked up to the Middle Eastern lady! Awful!

Extremely bad customer service. Sales ladies make you feel like you are bothering them when you visit the store and you get no proper help. Felt like a burden being there even though I love the brand and have been buying it for years. Would love to see alternative options to shop in UAE where I do not need to visit this store again.
