These guys are professional! They are really knowledgeable about Mac products and identified that my battery was responding slowly because I had the wrong watt charger. I have taken it to other repair shops and no one told me that. I was impressed. The guys were respectful, calm and courteous. They efficiently assessed the problem and provided solutions for me to choose from. They let me park my bike inside the store so it wouldn’t get stolen and gave me internet to find the map directions to ride back home. I would def go back there in a heartbeat!
