After an initial terrible customer experience - 2 hours waiting on the phone of which in the last 70 mins I was supposedly "number one in the queue" before I finally gave up. Rang back a bit later and they had enabled "Customer Ring back" so I was called back by the surgery and was able to make my appointment and also get a renewed subscription.

Think some of the reception staff are rude. Need training in manners and professionalism.

I have been with Cheadle Hulme Medical group most of my life and I have nothing but praise for them. I have been treated with courtesy and care by the doctors. My only concern was that I was unable to get through on the phone at times but now they have introduced a call back service it is much better.

Staff are lovely , doctors are great but the wait times to get through to reception is terrible. Average an hour.

8 months still not been seen a dr was meant to be referred still nothing . Reception are awful and poorly trained aswell .Needs investigating not fit for purpose

My first visit to this practice recently and the lady on reception very kind and helpful and the two nurses I saw Louise and Angela extremely thorough and an absolute joy to meet Thank you to you all Jackie
