Really nice staff and good offers on all the time buy all my gifts here the staff do a basket with goodies too and wrap it with a nice toy inside

On buying a ladies perfume from here, I was given a sample sauvage dior gents perfume. My husband liked so I bought a full bottle costing around £75. Where the smell from sample would last around 10 hours, the full bottle doesn't smell at all. This may sound ridiculous but four sprays of the full bottle disappears in 5 mins. I am not sure if I got a fake one from here although the packaging etc looks authentic.

On this occasion met with a helpful friendly woman. Previously had uninterested staff and by the looks of the manager/boss lady not very welcoming. Was there to look and smell not necessarily looking to buy but that shouldnt matter in an empty store

We had a very helpful young lady didn't get her name but she had long black hair i just told her the age groups and she chose five perfect perfumes for us she also but them through till so we could get the promotion +we made a good discount happy days

This year i bought quite a few perfumes, one for fathers day gifts, one for my son, and just recently one for my daughter. Normally they say they give you 2 free samples. One of the perfumes i ordered online was over £100 and i didnt get any samples. When I went in store to buy the perfume for fathers day, i asked a woman there for samples because i wanted to buy a perfume for my mother and i wanted to see which one she liked, i even offered to pay for the samples. The lady said i didnt need to pay and she started packing the perfume. While she was doing that i went to buy a card and when i went back she handed me the bag. When i went back in my car i checked and i realised she didnt give any samples. I dont mind that she didnt give them, its just about how she said she would but then didnt. Overall though the shop is ok.

The 2 staff members were so helpful. They had exactly what I needed, they showed me the new personalised ribbon option and wrapped the perfume too. Fantastic range of products and lovely staff

Helpful staff, perfumes of all varieties and prices. Prices much cheaper than a shop 100yds away which wanted to charge a whopping £30 more for the same perfume.
It pays to shop around!
