Liked: A lovely, clean, quiet and well maintained site run by very nice and helpful people. A small but fun park for the children. Access to the river was a bonus. Dog walking area was well maintained and clean. Clean toilet blocks. The bar on site was a hit with the guys and the children enjoyed the disco!! A very enjoyable stay!!

Disliked: The distance from the tent pitches to the toilet block was quite a way. We were told that they are having a new block installed which will be great for future visits.

Liked: Peaceful...Great camping place. Stream at the side pub at the top. Near an old train station. Lots of room for the kids to play and be kids.
Pub landlord was nice to talk to very warm welcoming.
Owners were friendly and approachable.
It's a camping place. Overall loved it will stay again.

Disliked: Going home

Liked: Nice campsite and well maintained pitches. Owners are very friendly and happy to help during the stay. Great location not far from main road. Great price.

Disliked: Long walk from tent pitches to the toilet block, and only 1 shower for the site.

Liked: Beautiful campsite, very well maintained, no litter or rubbish left about, spotlessly clean, shower and toilets are spotless. The managers are very nice and welcoming, also very helpful and chatty.
This site is right beside a very shallow river with mature trees for shade, absolutely beautiful site.

Disliked: Sadly the toilet block is a trek from the campsite, it's situated right in the middle of the static caravans which have there own toilets & showers so I don't understand why it is where it is, we took to driving up to the toilets as it was such a long way. Also only 1 shower and 2 toilets for the whole site is grossly inadequate, although they were always spotlessly clean, just a shame they are so far away.

Liked: Great campsite location.
Loads of room at pitch.
Lovely park.
Fantastic enclosure for letting that dogs off the lead.
Small shop got what you need.
Nice little pub top end of park with a pool table.
Clean toilet block with shower. Would stop hear again.

Disliked: Toilet block bit far away if I had to try to find something negative but not a problem lovely views along when way.

Liked: Wide open spaces. Could choose own pitch. Play park was new. Area to walk dog.

Disliked: The toilet block is situated quite far from where the tent/ campervan pitches are located. It is located about 0.2 miles away from the tent pitches, which is not convenient on an evening for a quick toilet stop. I’m not lazy and I am an avid wales but it is just inconveniently located - in the middle of the static caravan park. Which also can’t be nice for them either!
Also there is only one shower and two toilets to support all those pitches on the site - we counted at least another 10 tents/ caravans/ camper van families on site.
The play park is a little small.
There isn’t really much to do around it. It doesn’t feel like Wales.

Liked: Lovely clean site . Quiet and respectful other campers . Easy organised check in . Wardens around all day and phone number for problems.
Lovely dog exercise area for dogs to safely go off lead if no one else in there .

Disliked: Was aware of distance to toilets and took portaloo for night times just be aware if poor mobility .
Had to hunt for washing up area as this wasn’t told on check in. It’s in the toilet block .

Liked: Site was so pretty and peaceful! Good value for money and location spot on for us! We loved the enclosed dog field which was a nice surprise. No set pitches on a lovely big field. Play area not huge but very much enjoyed by our little ones!

Disliked: Didn’t effect us too much but should imagine if you were in a tent/without a toilet that the walk to the facilities might be an issue as a decent walk away from the field we were in.
