Really bad service! They are slow, lying, making promises they can not keep and had not enough experience for our case (shipping a private vehicle from kenya to dubai). We were waiting four full days at their place!!

This is absolutely the worst ever company to deal with . It’s a mixture of loss of materials , huge delays , negligence , frustration and so much of demurrage fines . Be prepared to pay more than double what you agree with them . They just Don’t care . I had to take them to Dubai court to get back my furniture . It was agreed with them for AED 20,000 for door to door delivery to Dublin . I have paid over 11,000 euros so far due to their negligence and lack of efforts And still did not get the furniture . Every time they ask me to settle a payment and next day they will deliver , they get the payment but they never deliver . Then they come back to you after weeks asking again for payment . So much of lies . This company Meeds do shut down to save more people of being their victims.

they are just not disappointing but also frauds. please don't get into business with them. their company in india is holding our goods back and blackmailing us for more money which was no where mentioned anywhere at the time of contract or meeting . neither did they mention about this earlier. their person mr balraj hasn't been even answering our phone calls and have disrespected me and my husband at several occasions . all my stuff is in the cargo including my clothes my household items and kids toys they are holding it all. please somebody help , they are all goons. and only blackmailing . they are asking for money which isn't even justifiable.

Highly disappointing and pathetic services.... false commitments at every level which result in financial losses to the customer. At the same time there is nobody who is there to resolve and attend to you for escalations. Very very poor and unsatisfactory. Plzzzzzz do not go with their peoples false selling.

Awful Experience. It was like this company was giving me a favor shipping my household stuff to Singapore. I am not sure which other company takes more than 2 months with stuff lying in their Dubai warehouse for 1 and a half months. I haven't received the shipment as I write and they still don't have any clue on the delivery date. However, for the payments they seem desperate threatening me to pay or face more delays with penalties.
