Sharing a bad experience, I had a bad feelings regarding one of your mangers I think Philippino nationality was treating the staff in a bad way Infront of the customers which looks so bad to the image of the store .. please advise him to low his tempo specially in the presence of the customers .on the opposite side you have one of the best mangers.. in the same branch I think indian he has a good attitude with staff and customers

Well racked and well maintained, stocking almost all the basic household requirements.

Istanbul also offers fresh meat and fish, apart from the frozen/packed.

I was not going to write this review, but after I had experienced this again in a different supermarket in the area, I felt something needed to be done. Peolpe work hard for their money, and put trust In the fact that local supermarkets will sell fresh produce, unfortunately this is not the case with this supermarket. I purchased 2 fresh chickens at the store, as soon as I got home, I got an unbearable stench from the bags. Upon investigation the bad odour came from the chickens. Shocking!!!! I was cooking for guests that day, and imagine if I served my guests bad food !! This should not be allowed or tolerated! Customers should have a right to quality, fresh food, no excuses! This supermarket needs to have random checks from the health authorities!!

No a good experince. After a short shopping spell, call for nature persisted while at istabul supermarket alnahda, i quickly reached out to the store manager, who refused to allow me use the toilet provison, leaving me distressed, it was very unprofessional of the store manager despite me making a request to use his washroom.. Very disappointing experience
