Not sure how they managed to get such high reviews. I gave them a silver pair of Aquazzuras to fix, they honestly said they can't do the same color but will do their best. Took them over 3 weeks to fix what they said would take max 2. No one would update on the status of the order, pick up the phone or reply to Whatsapp. All that needed to happen was heels needed to be smoothed, slightly patched with some patina and repainted. Instead, I paid over 150dhs to just have them painted over in silver, no smoothing, no fixing, nothing. They didn't even clean the shoes, despite charging a pretty hefty price for the service they provided, was supposed to be repair but ended up being just painting over whatever they had. Do not recommend at all.

Recently discovered ISF, and their leather handbags and flats have exceeded my expectations! The handbag has become my daily go-to, effortlessly accommodating my laptop and essentials with its well-designed pockets.

As someone with flat feet, finding comfortable and elegant footwear has always been a challenge. However, these flats have been a game-changer. They provide excellent arch support and cushioning, allowing me to comfortably walk long distances. The customer service at ISF is exceptional, with a highly knowledgeable team that genuinely assists with your specific requirements.

The quality of their leather is exceptional, boasting a luxurious texture and remarkable durability. Despite months of wear, my flats show minimal signs of wear and tear.

I highly recommend Italian Shoe Factory to anyone seeking superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, and comfortable footwear, especially for flat feet!

Amazing service, such a talented group of people. Highly recommend! Wish I had taken a before pic (those with puppies may be able to imagine… carnage!) the miracle workers at Italian Shoe Factory have saved the day! The 4th pair of shoes I’ve had mended there and I’m super happy with all of them.

Amazing quality of service!
My several luxury high heels shoes were restored as new. I am very impressed and will bring more shoes to be restored. And also in short period of time (5-6 days). Highly recommended.

Got a pair of flats that were worn out and had marks everywhere repaired by the Italian Shoe Factory team, and they’re as good as new. Great professional service, and the storefront in Al Quoz is a must-see (they create sustainable recycled leather totes too). Highly recommend.

They did amazing re-edging on the straps of my LV Neverfull bag and it was remarkable. Good as new! JM was very responsive and helpful. Transaction was very smooth. I highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
