Unlucky experience with this community management, starting from the beginning where they were not able to correctly manage the fire alarm to the roaches invasion and the overall poor cleaning and ending up with one of the worst experience while moving out. They requested to follow a protocol to just never provide in-time answers, false promise to call back, starting their office duties at 11am and forcing the movers to work from B2 and move the furniture up to the ground with no facilities. Blocking multiple times the work by asking payments for extra services. I would not rent any apartment under their management as a rule of thumbs in the future.

They are ok not 100% professional they don't have a rutin for human mistakes compassion for a loyal costumer.
The security they hire in fortune tower has no sense for service or help some of them should never be in the security bussniss we have had big problem with their attitude and their routines.
About payment of the bills is not working for us and we always need to fight and make a big fus until it is done.
We have tons of error and we have tons of good that itihad dose. So it's 50/50 compare to Emaar that is 80 to 90 % professional. It should be 2 stars but

I had a wonderful experience with itihad regarding my tenancy. They are efficient, transparent and professional. Waqar has been really helpful throughout the process; his advice saved me a lot of time and money. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you’re looking for community management services or advice related to real estate.

Lakepoint Tower. Under Itihad community management. The main reason to stay 3 years is excellent and professional service of the entire team. Swift response when needed. And over-all the tower is maintained in mint condition. Very happy with the service and the stay here. 5 stars plus.

Very efficient community management company, amazing services inside the building and if needed help, they are more than ready to attend you and help you. I needed help in access cards and Mr. Salman Shahid attend me very kindly and with prompt response, he's the best team mate. Appreciated.

Itihad community management was emgaged in Lake Point Tower roughly in 2016 with all of its baggage and history of never ending complaints. Slowly amd gradually, not only did tower financials improved but also the condition. Over crowding was one of the biggest complaint and starting 2020, this matter has been dealt with head on by engaging and discussing the matter with landlords.

Tower's faulty equipment was not only removed but also upgraded. Sewerage motors/tank, chilled water pipe re-insulation, chilled water vfd pannel replacement/upgrade, painting of stair case and parking lot are some examples of the work undertaken by management to improve tower condition.

Chosing itihad has been a blessing for the tower as slowly and gradually Lake Point Tower has started to rub off its negative reputation in the market.
