Very bad experience. The therapists are good for anything but no for Massage. Both therapist were in a hurry. They lack the knowledge of massage techniques. At some points the caused pain. Not recommended at all.

The SPA area is one for male and female; and there are specific timings for each if you are planning to use a steam room. So, make sure to check it before you go! It is one of my favorite SPA’s in Dubai! And ever since the reconstruction, it is even better.

It's a small gym which is why the 4 stars but to be fair it has the essential equipment one needs for a decent workout. Dubai tends to spoil you with its massive state of the art gyms with every type of equipment under the sun and if you are looking for that then this ain't it. But its a quaint little gym that has a luxurious 5 star feel to it and that standard is well maintained. The location is great. It does get pretty busy given its size but usually it never feels too full.

One thing I love is here is that you don't have any pushy Personal trainers bugging you to sign up with them. I personally find that situation very awkward to be honest.

I get to go free via my credit card privelege so check with your bank if they have any deal going with talise for free access.

Been back after a couple of years at this Gym and still just as good in fact the change rooms look refurbished.. Love it.. still just as good..

The pool still closed
They have only few equipments
The gym is nice and clean but the AC doesn’t work properly

Great place for workout. I highly recommend the Zumba classes with Erick he is just amazing. I felt so good and energized after his class. He have a wonderful good vibes
All equipments are good and clean.

Immaculately well maintained and clean gym with a good variety of equipment. Medium in size but rarely overcrowded. Professional and helpful staff. Clean lockers with showers and hot-sauna. All COVID-19 regulations strictly adhered.

Unbelievable temperature is 25 degrees! I asked the receptionist to lower it and it seems to be set to that temperature at all times and it couldn’t be changed! How is this even normal it’s Like working out in sauna! This is unacceptable especially for a gym that is supposed to be high quality.
