This was a last minute booking for a business trip, and they did not disappoint! Location is amazing, very walkable and accessible to public transportation. Rooms are a decent size and pretty clean, though no fridge or microwave. Hands down, the best part about my stay was the customer service. Entire staff was very pleasant, but the receptionist was AMAZING! Super sweet and accommodating when we had some mixups with booking. She literally took a worse case scenario, and did everything possible to flip our experience, and made the whole trip worth it. Overall, pleasant stay and would book again if I return to the area

After staying at a terrible hotel nearby, we decided to move to the JA Ocean View - We booked a Family Suite One Bedroom and were amazed! We booked it for the reason because the price difference to other rooms was not much bigger, so why not :)
The room was incredible, two balconies, nice view, two bathrooms - one with double sink! In our room, included was the club access with a different breakfast. The service person in the lounge was a bit lost and couldn't get a single order right on any day, but she was really nice. The hotel is super clean, the service superb, everything was nicely decorated over Christmas and the staff was always professional and helpful

Have stayed in a few hotels in Dubai, this hotel by far is the best.
Could not fault anything, great facilities, lovely spotless rooms and for a small price you can upgrade and enjoy breakfast, high tea and happy hour. There’s also an amazing sports bar attached to this hotel and you’re literally a stone’s throw from the beach. Will be having my third stay here hopefully soon.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room we had gave us access to the Coral Lounge which was lovely. The Coral Lounge staff were lovely and the breakfast and afternoon tea were first class. The laundry service was fantastic as our room type allowed us to have three pieces of laundry done each day. Can’t praise this service enough. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly arranging for any forgotten resources by housekeeping, they even organised a breakfast box on the last day. The food in the main restaurant was tepid on the first night we used it. I reported this concern and there after the temperature of food was much better. On two occasions one chef was kind enough to make pasta for me when it was not on the menu. Would be great if the hotel had sun loungers on the beach and more comfortable sun loungers by the pool but apart from that I cannot fault this hotel. Will definitely return again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

A very cozy little place inside the hotel with a veranda outside called Il Motto ????????Here you can taste the wine varieties by selecting them on the large wine wall. The cheese plate is very impressive, everything is delicious and fresh. Don't pass by, I highly recommend it.???? Thank you to the courteous staff.????????????????

Lucky enough to find this spot for my staycation. Located in a fantastic spot, this hotel is a must try. Rooms are spacious and cool. Decent and pleasant services from all the staffs, the view from the room is too good if you choose the beach view.

This five-star hotel not only offers luxurious accommodations but also boasts a beautiful beachfront location that provides breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. What impressed me the most was the Brooklyn brunch with the attention to detail, and the ingredients were of the highest quality. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy. The brunch also included a selection of drinks and antipasti, and delectable tiramisu, making it a truly indulgent experience. The singer was incredible????highly recommend

We stayed at the JA Ocean View as it was recommended by a friend. The rooms and view was great, the breakfast was lovely and especially Ajay who really endured our rooms were clean, fresh and had everything we needed everyday. A very hard working man and he made our stay enjoyable.

The reception was always busy and so difficult to speak to a staff member without waiting in a que, this was due to there only being 1 member of staff on times at the front reception.

The area was too loud at night for our liking and throughout the night you can hear cars beeping. However, It’s vibrant and has great restaurants easily accessible. Overall a lovely stay :)
