Overall a very pleasant experience. Initially we were mildly disappointed as used to the friendly welcome of Thai luxury hotels. The customer service is a bit more subdued. We arrived early before check in and could have felt more welcome. The hotel is a set of three hotels and they’re all of high standard. Our room was spacious, perfectly set air conditioning and really comfortable bed. The dinners are decent with great selection. We went half board and found the buffet lunches were quite expensive. The gym facilities and kids club are excellent. The kids splash zone is great. The horse swimming was incredible and many thanks to the trainer for this. The atmosphere of the hotel was very international although there was a high prevalence of Russian visitors. Overall, it was an interesting experience and will definitely consider returning.

All staff was very welcoming. The resort is great with a lot of pools and activities for children. The rooms are specious and clean with a lot of towels:). All restaurants are great but buffet breakfast and dinner was nothing special, they need to upgrade it for the money value y pay. Some of the barmen were not so polite and i had to ask for elementary stuff like ice to put in my drink…and when i did they rolled eyes… The restaurants otherwise offer great food but you need a reservation in advance. Restaurant Smoking gun is a different thing though. The food there is incredible but it’s quite pricey if you don’t have half board or all inclusive. Our dinner would probably cost 250 euro…
There are a lot of peacocks roaming around and they are very noisy but I didn’t mind at all.
It would be very nice if they welcomed you with a drink and a hot towel like most 5 stars hotels do. Just a recommendation;) it makes the difference believe me :)

We’ve stayed here quite a few times and it was always amazing, they have now integrated the other hotels into the what was exclusive areas for Palm tree court guests which is a shame. It really is a great place to stay though, just not as great as it used to be. Staff are always amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend it to others and we will definitely be back.

Just loved it all. Would definitely go back. Staff were fantastic providing an amazingly relaxed atmosphere. Lots of options to eat excellent food at a different restaurant every night. Kids loved the sports bar and I loved the golf. Beautiful surroundings and spacious accommodation at the Palm Beach resort.

Fantastic. I can't find a single fault.

Excellent food and considering it's all inclusive there is so much variety in terms of places to eat and the food on offer.

The swimming pools and chilled, which is great if you're there when it's 40 degrees

Checked in at 3pm on a Saturday during summer school break and I can safely say that the staff from the valet Abdalla and the crew to the reception were overwhelmed by the number of guest pouring in during this period but that doesn’t cripple the smooth operation and we were given a room in less than an hour which was professionally managed and acceptable by my standards.
The room appointed was not far from the reception and loved the modern fresh look given that this property has been around for awhile now.
This is one of three hotel in the area under same management and this one being a resort themed.
Lots of activities for the kids like water park, mini golf and even a kids club with baby-sitting for a fee.
In this particular hotel itself has three swimming pools.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Upon checking out Gulam assured that we enjoyed our stay.
Loved this hotel and will definitely return.

The staff are very welcoming
The rooms are clean , u get to spend ur time on the beach privately cause there’s no one there on weekdays , we really enjoyed
But the golf cars were making us wait a lot ! I hope they add more golf car for transfer between each hotel
And the location is very nice in jabal Ali far away from people

A very beautiful resort that I would recommend to families, but I have some notes for this reason. I will only give two stars. The service was not good. We requested room service. After more than an hour passed and reminded 3 times, we received the order knowing that the order was juice and it does not need all this time.The air conditioning was also disrupted, but it was repaired immediately. Most importantly, I asked to change the mattress because it was not comfortable, but unfortunately my request was ignored .
The food is not at the level of the resort.
There is only one place that serves shisha and that is not good.
