Well beautiful resort with ample amount of amenities. The staff is friendly and nice . The lobby is exquisite and Grand. The pool looked beautiful with a nice view. their golf ground is really huge. The only problem we had was to locate the hotel as it is located interior but with huge amenities that can’t be complaint.

It was the perfect stay this Hotel as usual. Excellent location in several steps from beach, good breakfasts and happy hours in the executive lounge on 24th floor, impressive sea view and a large junior suite room on 25th floor.
My special thanks to Mr. Mina Hanna (Cluster Manager) for the brilliant hospitality for loyal clients of the Hotel.

Lovely place
We were on the sixth floor so no views. The toilet sounded like it would never fill up. Fridge freezer noise all night long. Noisy outside with building works. Cleaning cupboard right outside hotel room. This was not my best experience of an hotel. Cleaning staff and hotel staff really friendly

Staff are not considerate at the pool and calling the manager does not do anything. Customer service training is required in understanding how to keep customers comfortable. Some staff are great and understanding and accommodating while others are the total opposite and this is not the first time.

Actually I am a staff of JA The Resort & Hotels , i love being the part of JA because of working between the experience people who support all the time , no matter what your status is if we need any kind of help my colleague, my senior , my caption or even my manager is ready to help me no matter how hard the situation is .
So grateful to Mr.Dharmender for choosing me and making me the part of "THE JA RESORTS AND HOTEL"

A nice hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach! The costumer service is the best! Highly recommended.
