Horrible Service. Delivery guy only called once which I wasn’t able to pick up having my hands full at that moment. When I called back regarding the missed delivery, the receptionist was very rude and told me it was my fault and dropped the call without apologising or hearing what I had to say. Honestly there was just a couple mins delay in me returning the call.
No other restaurant in Jafiliya was ever rude to me this way.

Manager of this restaurant, please improve your service and teach your staff how to talk politely to your customers.

Have a look.
Hair in the food. This is the third time I have found hair in the food. The staff of here do not wear hairnets.

One of the best restaurants I have ever seen. They have a very good service staff.this is the best food shop in Jaflia, especially for Shawarma.i haven eat before like this shawarma…i will recomend this shop

I have been taking all my dogs and cats to this practice since 1978 when I first moved to Thanet and Mr Shawcross was in charge. The care and expertise throughout this time could not have been better -- two cruciate ligament operations (the second of these performed by Jill Matthews) on my beloved GS/LabradorX Ebony enabled him to continue for many years enjoying an active life jumping over the sea wall at Minnis Bay. Likewise the advice and support given when our animals' lives sadly come to an end. There have been so many good experiences over the years that one cannot praise the team enough on all counts.
My new little rescue cat Ana has just spent two weeks in the Birchington cattery, where she was cuddled and lovingly cared for. Thoroughly to be recommended!
July 2023 and Ana is now older & still being looked after b
y our wonderful vets. Can't praise them enough.

Both the receptionist and the vet were lovely, really friendly and reassuring. The vet was very caring in the way he treated my poorly dog and considerate in explaining all medication options available in treating him.
