Sheikh Rashid is very nice. He explained the culture and answered all of our questions. There are some very beautiful rugs and great perfumes for purchase. I didn't look at the jewelry because I'm allergic but it seemed nice.

An absolute disgrace of looting people off.
Full of lies and cheating. Bought 3 bottles of ithr… the seller claimed it’ll stay for 18 to 24 hours… turned out fake. Please be careful of buying anything here.

They cheated on us. We bought a cream in nearly ten times its original price. They din't give us bill also. We checked after buying that it was rs800 to 2000 in online websites....
Think and research well before you buy something from them.

I joined the tour of Dubai recently and one of the places that standouts for me was Jamal Mir. When I walked into this place, I thought I was entering a museum in Dubai then realized later on that it was a unique store, an art gallery! It’s one of a kind store that you don’t want to leave and just want to stay there longer to look around. I was amazed how it was beautifully decorated, the layout, the details and the pictures on the wall, the store ceiling, the products display, etc. I just love everything about it! We were welcomed by Sheikh Rashid, a gentleman, a very nice handsome man, and showed us the warm hospitality of Emirati culture, and the staff offered us dates. It was lovely! Sheikh Rashid is a true gem in the company, very knowledgeable about the traditional Emirati clothings for men and women and those exquisite carpets. He explained to us that it was all handmade with silk materials and the different stones that were sewn into those carpets! He was amazing and the best Salesman ever! He was so good and not too pushy at all and yet you don’t want to leave the place empty handed with one of those beautiful quality carpets. And so I bought one to bring with me to Canada. I highly recommend this place to people who wants to visit Dubai. I will definitely go back again to this store! I will never forget my visit to this place and the warm welcome that we received especially from this wonderful man, Sheikh Rashid! ❤️❤️????????????????

The art gallery is tremendous, where you get to see all the historical art works. Some of the artworks are sold but mostly it is the replicas which are sold as the original if sold is too expensive. Especially the golden zardosi carpet , in which the sales representative told us how they used to make some of them in pure gold but nowadays only the copies of that precious carpet are made for sale purpose. We are really amazed with beautiful peace of art. We ended up buying 2 pieces at a bargain price of $550

This is a true hidden gem. Amazing wall art prices from Dubai. The golden embroidery is so delicate and intricate. Saw some original pieces which were periodic dated. Towards the exhibit rooms they have the replicas of the original for sale at good prices with some bargaining. We went close to Eid so got a fabulous discount for our group of 25. Interesting to read some reviews of other users where they have got confused between the original and the replica. It even confused me a bit after reading some reviews until I was explained by the Gallery Manager that the original pieces are only for display and not for sale. The new artists weave only in replicas to keep costs reasonable and continue to promote this amazing art. The old works used to be in Pure Gold but with the current gold prices they will run into millions , hence to promote the artists and the art the replica are made for sale
