I really struggled too much for getting a new job. When I heard about Jams I applied there. Suddenly I got a call and the process is so fast. Within a week I'm in a job and I'm working under them in good package. Especially the HR Mr. Jesu is so kind and supportive. He's encourage in all things. Always giving positive thoughts. I would like to say thank you JAMS for giving me a opportunity in Dubai .In origination, Mr. Jesu sir is very kind and helpful. Also, I would like to thank Mrs. Anamika, who is no longer there but helped me a lot during my difficult time. Mr. Thanesh and Mr.Gulam, who were both very pleasant people and during COVID they helped me more. The salaries of many companies are paid late, but I don't recall JAMS doing this. My salary was never late, it was always received on time. As well, I received my annual leave on time. It is a pleasure to work with JAMS team because they are very friendly, helpful, and supportive. During my visa cancellation, they helped me out. Since I have worked with Carrier for 4 years, I would rate it 10 out of 10 based on the company policy and services they have provided. Again, thank you so much for your support in building my career in UAE. I will never forget you and I will miss you.
