I visited this repair shop 3-4 times and every time I was completely satisfied with their service. They are very professional in detecting the problem and fixing it, at reasonable prices. The manager, Mr. Ali , is very accommodating and helpful. My last visit was for some scratches on bumper and they repainted it in part rather than entirely. Thanks Shahbaz for your great job on my car.

Mr.Ali the owner is a handson person and knows his job ,technically he is very good .and reasonably priced garage .The staff are very kind and professional.keep it up Ali .Even Shakeel the management staff at the counter is very professional,courteous and kind.would love to visit the garage for every period service .

I have been deleting with them for more than 25 years since he was in BMW Road Sharjah the important thing is that the prices are excellent and the most important thing is working with great experience and very high professionalism

Super arrogant and rude. Don’t pay attention to what you say. Just to check and diagnose my car they asked for 500 AED. Won’t go there. Look like they have enough work so they don’t care for anyone.

My car had engine oil leakage so went to their garage and they asked me to leave the car and said we will call you when its fixed.
Next day i got a call n I picked up my car and they assured me that everything is fixed.
I drove for 30 minutes got the same engine oil notification i called them and they said come after 2 days as they are busy.
I went after 2 days they said everything is fine might be a sensor issue so they changed the sensor and asked me to pay for that.
Again next day i got same notification after that they are keep on avoiding me.
At the end problem unsolved, they are not professional at all, wasted my money.

I went there based on couple of my friends recommendations. I only did oil filter change and it was with reasonable price compared to Agency. Apparently they say it's one of the good place for BMW repair after agency. As I saw in the workshop there was only BMW cars.
