Very disappointed i bought sunsun canister when I installed to my house I don't know there was a leakage you won't notice because it's just a small drop after sometime i notice because the table I put it on was broken. Then I brought to the shop and they found out its leaking. I ask the owner of the store what can we im your regular almost twice a week I came here to buy a fish. Owner told me we cannot do anything. Very bad experience to this shop

Below is my table broken because of this sunsun defective

The owner and staff are great, they are kind. Their fish are healthy, I have bought my Fishes to them and they are now 2 years with me. They have cheaper price compared to the other shop and in online store.

Great place to buy aquarium fish and associated hardwares.The shop has been there for 25+ years, so you'll have access to all their expertise and support. They were very helpful and guided us through the process to convert our existing setup to a natural habitat with aquatic flora/fauna. The place is located in the main road you'll get the parking right in the front of the shop, so go ahead and try. Highly recommended!

More affordable plants and fishes than the other one here in muraqabat area.
Aquatic plants are always changing stock weekly so theres always new plants to choose... some dwarf shrimps small birds and different kinds of fish are available even betta fishes. I always go here for aquascaping my aquarium.

Good store. Good store for beginners, prices are decent and the staff is very friendly.

They will suggest what's best for you and your aquarium!

The owner is good person ,, but there is one staff that making your mood off,,,, i hope the owner will have briefing on how to treat their costumer right,,,

I have purchase an aquarium set the other day and promise to buy more today. These staff make me un comfortable……. Loosing my mood to buy again

Lovely garden centre, we didn't stop, but the cafe looked busy and popular.
I'd say this is a small to mid sized garden centre, if you're looking for unusual and specific plants you might struggle, but they had a good variety.
Bedding plants and bulbs in particular are good value and very competitively priced, and the plants all look well cared for and very healthy.
Staff were professional, friendly and polite.

Update, recent visit September 2020

Enjoyed my revisit

Covid - mainly one way system and customer limit (32), I assume when full, a staff member will be stationed at the entrance.
Labelling - has improved, but not all priced.
Good quality Plants!

Enjoyed my visit, I would have given 5 stars, but the plants needed clearer pricing (faded labels) and more information. Plants looked clean and healthy.

Cafe - recently upgraded, roaring fire in the stove. The menu in the entrance looks interesting, could do with larger and clearer print. We'd already eaten, but will try on a return visit.

Accessibility - fine, toilet partially suitable for disabled needs upgrading (loo too low, no side bars, no emergency cord, tad awkward access for some wheelchair users).

Car Park - free and close to the garden centre.

Staff - very friendly, funny and helpful.

Toilets - off the car park. Toilet partially suited for disabled needs an upgrade (see accessibility above).

Lovely cafe nice seating area next to the fire. Good food decent portion size. Went twice in one week enjoyed both visits.

The garden centre is well stocked with healthy, well cared for plants. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are as expected or good value. There is a good selection of bird feeders and food and a lovely gift section.
The cafe is excellent. It has a range of gluten free products, although due to the small kitchen it isn't suitable for coeliacs. The products are homemade and good quality. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. They take a pride in what they do. Food is cooked fresh so when busy there can be a wait but it is worth it. Dogs are always welcome and there is plenty of space to be spread out.

Excellent customer service. Rang in advance to see if they had required plants, gentleman very polite on phone and checked with staff if stock was available . Went over and purchased plants staff in the shop polite and friendly too. Would recommend to others. Prices very competitive too. Thanks to you all. Will be back again in the future.

What a superb afternoon ! Cranswick Garden Centre didn’t disappoint !!!
We were thrilled with Cranswick . Managed to buy some smashing plants for the garden to get us through winter ! In fact too many to chose from.!
Chose some super gifts for Christmas, some to send to San Francisco ! In fact we were spoilt for choice ! And even got four beers to ‘ cheer ourselves up ‘ ! . Followed by a most delicious lunch in The Stove ‘ . Food , cleanliness, staff are absolutely outstanding !
Will definitely return !

Called in for some breakfast on the way to Scarborough. Had a fantastic bacon muffin. The staff were all very friendly and happy, the cafe very clean and cosy (huge wood burner, lovely).
