Took a leap of faith and tried out a new salon. Fantastic decision on my end. Irfan (The Barber) is skillful, knowledgeable and a gentleman. He values quality above all else. If you want your haircut to be one of a kind and truly tailored to you, give him a try, and trust me, he won’t fail you!

The environment is very good and clean. I have only experienced Moroccan bath once here, and the therapist was a Moroccan brother. The service was still good. However, the platform in the bath was not the traditional heated platform found in Moroccan baths. Instead, it was a bed covered with towels and plastic film. Moreover, the service procedure seemed to be different from another branch in Umm Suqeim. In the other branch, the steps were black soap, steam, rinse, scrubbing with the kessa glove, rinse, exfoliation with the scrub, shower gel, and shampoo. But in this branch, it seemed that the steam and black soap steps were done simultaneously, and the steam filled the room during the scrubbing process. Additionally, the therapist may have followed a more traditional approach or respected customer privacy, as my shorts were not torn open on the sides, so the thighs and buttocks covered by the shorts were not cleansed. Of course, if this is their personal practice, I can respect it, but it differs from the other branch. I have experienced various Moroccan baths in Dubai, and each one has slight differences in the steps. This particular branch seems to be more formal.

Well my first visit to this spa. Excellent set up with very warm reception at booking for service. Pedi and mani was average. Body massage by Balinis Angelica was excellent. Bit pricey but worth it.

It's too over priced for the service they provide, the interior is actually cheaply finished. The barbers are all very simple Indian subcontinent guys with poor to zero training, you get the same quality as a working class barber for under 50 AED for more than triple the price

I had a manicure and pedicure treatment with Mrs.Alvina and I was more than happy, she is a great professional that takes good care of you. Highly recommended!

A big shoutout to the receptionist from Montenegro for being a very good sport and for her kindness, didnt catch her name though but I hope she sees this review. And a special thanks to Liwayway for her wonderful job on the manicure and for the good talk. Hope to see you all again.
