I really wanted to love everything about JB’s, having seen such tantalizing and inviting posts on my friends’ social media.

First off, the service is fantastic! Warm, friendly, personal. A real treat. The hostility team is top notch.

The venue is gorgeous. Beautiful fittings, music at just the right level, likewise lights that are neither too low nor too bright - just perfect.

Sadly I was let down by the pork ribs that I’d come especially for. I get that pork is a challenging dish to serve in Dubai and doing so requires extra permits, preparation areas etc etc. Sadly my pork ribs suffered from that old Dubai problem of being frozen too long and then over boiled in the preparation process, such that the meat was too soft, more akin to mulch, with a texture and semblance on the palate of being over boiled to the point where neither the smoked flavour nor the divine sticky basting could mask that.

A pity, but there it is. I will be back, though as the service is so good and the rest of the menu looks so appealing, I’m dying to try something else and will update my review when I do.

I always have such a great time on each visit. Fantastic, friendly and professional staff and a welcoming and fun atmosphere. One of the best in Dubai! I’ve been visiting for the past 5 years and it never fails to live up to expectations. Love this place.

Had an amazing meal in here today, in part to celebrate my Birthday.

Can't praise the staff enough.... All very warm and friendly, especially Nikki. She gave excellent customer service, even when it appeared she was being racially abused by two other customers. She handled the situation brilliantly...

Both Nikki and the other lady that served us, deserve a pay rise...

Had the Sangria... Very very nice... Really enjoyed it. I had the JB Burger and it was cooked to perfection.

Nothing but praise for the staff and the food..

Thank you for the birthday treat.. It was very much appreciated

Gastro pub JBR. Excellent service and decent menus. Comfortable atmosphere and quick service. Food is good and cooked to order. Wait staff are friendly and quick to provide service. It's a restaurant I would recommend going to often if you're in the area. Nice decorations and seating is comfortable as well

Awesome place. The staff is friendly, the food and drinks are reasonably priced, and the interior is very cool. Valet parking in the Rotana.

Place where I can chill with my favorite musics from 90’s.

Well, if anyone looking for pub’s who serves yummy porkies then please visit this place. Their pork’s are very delicious specially the bites size deep fry pork perfect match to tabascos and also I found out their chef’s are mostly from philippines so guys try to visit this place. Very nice accommodating staff, friendly and very approachable.
