I ordered online and this store prepared the food that delivered to me. I'm very disappointed on how my food looks like and the portion of the fries is far from what is advertised. This is their Cheesy Loaded fries, which is not even cheesy and loaded.

I ordered by talabat, I ordered jolly sphagetti but they give me burger steak.. It's so very bad experience

Their chicken is really good, but whenever I wanted to eat spicy chicken, they always gave me extreme spicy even when I asked for normal spicy. I'm quite upset with that because I can not enjoy my food properly. Because of that, I just decided that whenever I will eat or order from them, I will just order the original flavour just to enjoy the food.

I always request not to give the breast part of the chicken but I always received the breast part, does the staff really not care about the customer's request?...its annoying!!!

I give 5 star service both the jollibee Al Ghurier branch and the delivery service for handling the food properly and the order taker Mr. Navin from call center for making the order process friendly, fast, clear, and convenient. I would recommend this process and service to friends and family! ????????????

I was so disappointed with how the branch handled a commotion happened tonight between a talabat driver and the crew which caused them to cancel the order without thinking that the customer who placed the order will be affected the most! Imagine waiting for your order to come for at least 40 mins only to be cancelled because of this.

Dispatching of delivery order was poorly organized that the drivers are gathered in front of the dispatcher.
