Easy to find using Google maps. It's a bit of a mess getting there only because there are lots of road improvements in progress.
The team is responsive and attentive to your concerns. Lots of parking in front of the entrance.

I recently purchased the ASUS ROG G16 2023 from Jumbo Electronics, but I'm disappointed with my experience. Right out of the box, I encountered a noticeable manufacturing defect.
When I reached out to Jumbo Electronics for a replacement due to the defect, their customer support was unresponsive and denied my request, leaving me frustrated.
Given these issues, I find it difficult to recommend purchase from Jumbo to others, especially considering the high price.
I hope that ASUS and Jumbo Electronics take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their quality control and customer support processes.

business visit the reception was very helpful and friendly. I expect to meet concerned staff but he was busy.

Worst experience ever, they are very bad in timing and they promise to attend the service call within 1 - 3 days which took more than 5 days and no calls till now to update. Really very bad experience and worst customer service center ever

They take 1 month to repair a laptop and they send it back with a new technical issue, had to send it back and wait for another month, am still waiting here since then.

The worst service and worst customer care, be careful to buy any product in UAE under their warranty, believe me you will suffer a lot and loose your product, I bought Samsung Vacuum and the item get damaged after 40 days only then start suffer like many customers,they don’t know how to take responsibility and do their job, even after all bad reviews and still they are not doing any improvement.

Fast, efficient, no fuss. Fixed the warranty issue with my home theatre system in a couple of days like real pros. Will go back.

Try you luck. They are authorized center for Bose. And trust me most inefficient and worst service u will ever get. Their process are bad, their technicians do not know what they are doing. Unfortunately they are only Bose service center so please avoid buying Bose products because if your product requires service you will regret going to this service center.
