Professional and friendly staff, very nice hotel. Great location if you are visiting DIFC (free shuttle there as well). The rooms and lobby may look like they need a bit of a refresh, but they are very comfortable. The Agency bar is one of the last hotel bars where you can still enjoy a smoke! The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good with a lot of choices. A very good place to stay, in general.

Jumeirah Emirates Towers is one of the finest hotels I've ever visited. The spacious apartments offer breathtaking city views. The breakfast spread is a culinary delight, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay. Special thanks for the thoughtful birthday surprise for my wife.

The best quality for the price! Very well managed , super clean , perfect services, respectful and helpful receptionists, best quality of food , super spacious rooms ! Like an apartment!
My whole experience for 7 nights was the best ever .
The pool was nice too :)
Everything was in a right place and more than what we usually need . Just super generous:))
Also the hotel is attached to the train station and only two stations to the Borj Al Khalifa and Dubai Mall .
You don’t have to go out in a hot day to take the train !
Also the hotel is attached to the museum of the future and you could have a lovely view of the museum ( spectacular building), also night view of a busy city but no noise fro your large windows. Very silent and comfortable.
I would strongly recommend to experience this hotel .

This place is truly a 5-star experience. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and clearly very well trained.
The icing on the cake was the breakfast. There is nothing you can imagine that wasn't there, and the quality was as good as the options.

We had a surprise upgrade to the posh and amazing corner family suit room!!! Great layout and clean feels. Helpful and kind staff. A must stay for staycation or anniversary!
