Absolutely terrible! I called to report a crime! A man with a young son and daughter were letting of fire crackers tonight and JVC security said it’s not illegal. I told him to check the law as per DUBAI law it is! He was do lazy told me he can’t do anything refused you even drive to the location. I gave full description of offenders even clothing they were weary! He said for me to call 999. Police told me that security should call! I can’t believe there lack of duty. Unbelievable it was 21.15pm he obviously was not wanting to drive to assist!

Nakheel has the worst customer service ever.
They are taking it way too far with the security passes which takes forever to get approved. They are rude with their client. It’s so sad that a beautiful project the palm is built by the the worst company.

Worst security ever. Bad service, bad treatment, non sense waiting time and rules. I’d suggest to people reading this, Take yourselves and your guests anywhere else than the palm.

Nakheel is worst company ever. We have villa here and security asking our friends each time they want to visit to go to security office first which is very rude and impolite. Im the owner and my friends that come to visit should be treated in good way!!! I will complain to Land Department. This is real disturbance for living and worst service ever, security rude to owners
