J. Bur Dubai branch provided me with worst shopping i ever had in my entire life. I had bought 1 suit and went again to buy another for my Eid.
I selected 4 or 5 outfits for tryouts and the sales guy rudely instructed me that I can only try 1 or 2 outfits and furthermore u have to try it outside only. This was the most shocking thing i ever heard in a clothing store ????????????. Anyways, i left the outfits right there and complained to the counter guy who repeated the same thing and even gave me examples with really pathetic behavior just to let me know that they don’t care.
I hope everyone sees this as a lesson and better arrange Eid clothes from Pakistan or any Pakistani shop other than J. so that their so called monopoly is over and they start giving some respect to their customers.

Dubai, Meena Bazar branch: We went for eid shopping today and select 5 dresses ro try as we were about to buy only 3 of them,but your sales person said to us sorry we closed our trial room and you cant go inside you can try right standing in shop and you cant try more than 2. It was totally disgusting dealing ever with the customers.if you want to be a top brand then try to hire some proffessional and soft tone employees. after that ,now i told my whole family and frnds and now we hate this brand.

It’s good brand but staff behavior is very bad, I had experience 1st time in bur dubai branch and before our friends also complained but I never trust

Really so disappointed… topically Pakistani style when it’s busy time they take advantage… I went to buy clothes and felt like I am begging them … NO TRY ROOM what is this?…I bought 3 suits 2 for me and one for my Kid… really so disappointed I paid AED 205 for one shalwar Kameez and after very first wash it’s like mess… I will share the pic as well… Worst Custmer Service…. I normally try to avoid bad reviews but this time I have been forced to give this review…..I would like to mention this review is about Bur Dubai J. Store
