I wpuld give it a 0 star if I could, despite of calling them several times and asking them on instagram if their icecream is available and thwm confirming it.i went from all the way fron world trade centre via metro changing buses and then walking 20mins just to find out that they lied about itthere was no icecream whats so ever! Pathetic service!

They used to have good sized juicy burgers that were unique. I was shocked when I received the flames burger that was now the size of a slider.

Unbelievably rude! Disgusting attitude. Ordered on Deliveroo, waited for an HOUR. Called to ask where the order was and was told they canceled it as it was raining. Didn't think it was important to inform us of this?? Blamed deliveroo (not their fault) and then put the phone down on me while I was mid-sentence!? Tried to call them back, and surprise, no one answered the phone. Honestly, with service THIS bad? DON'T BOTHER.

I’ve been looking forward to trying Just Burger for the past few months as I drive past it from time to time. I decided to give it a go today, sadly, I didn’t even get to try the food because of the poor customer service.
I requested to have a Old School beef burger and when I went to pay, they price was higher, I asked why is it higher and the teller told me because the price is wrong on the menu which I selected from, he proceeded to call the manager, named Jason, who told me that the there is an update on the menu which needs to be done to reflect the new price, I expressed my disappointment with that and he proceeded to say that in fact the extra amount that I’ve been charged, is not at all needed by Just Burger and that I should either take it at that (higher, yet incorrect) price that is not at all mentioned on the menu, or leave it if I don’t want to accept this. It wasn’t much of a higher price but I felt robbed to have chosen a menu item and be charged a higher amount. I was going to pay for it anyway but the manager proceeded to say that he refuses to admit this is wrong and this is not at all malpractice. Can anyone else comment whether this is a definition of a robbery or not? Would love to hear thoughts.
Also, there was in fact an error made in the beginning of my order where I was charged extra for a drink, but I won’t get into that. Needless to say, I still would like to try Just Burger but if it tastes anything like the service, I’d rather not ever try it.

1. 2.5 hours late
2. Obviously cold food
3. Opened packaging (Hazard!!!)
4. Hesitant to give number of manager (they said there wasn’t one until I got suspicious and was like “how isn’t there one?”)
5. Wasted money completely- as good as throwing it in the bin.
6. Rude staff on phone when it was their mistake, I was waiting patiently for 2 hours (most wouldn’t!!!)

The worst delivery in the all planet, I’ve ordered 2 hours ago and I didn’t receive any updates tell now , and they keep saying 10 min , honestly you have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen
