Baddest behavior if that Philippine guy on the reception????. He don't know how to behave with customers even his uniform dirty and just loafers style

The best most affordable shop ever ..... The vimto ice cream is wow , بوظة البقلاوة خرافية . And the staff are super nice and quick ... First time for me and the kids but surely not the last ... Well done , إلى الامام

I did not have a good experience here

1. I called the store 3 times until they picked up.
2. Store itself was not clean, tens of bills/invoices were on the floor, and floor was not clean in general.
3. As you see in the picture, this is hambana (which is supposed to be hamba (which is mango) with creama and biscuit. For some reason they put bananas as well. And eventhough in the menu it says it includes cream, but they put ice cream! Mangos were not sweet at all although I have asked specifically to confirm that mangos are sweet.
Overall, nothing to recomend based on my own single time experience.

The worst experience ever. Waiting time for more than 50 minutes, only for two burgers
We came on Wednesday
It was not crowded as well
They give the priority for the delivery

Extremely slow in their service I waited for a very long time to get my mango ice cream and eventually I gave up and didn’t waste more time in waiting… they really take forever to prepare your order even if it’s 1 item. This happened every time I have visited them

The guy on the reception is rude,unhelpful don't know how to talk to customer and I found hair in their juice will never go again.
