My favourite Fego and the best breakfast! Love coming here as a treat as quite pricey but worth it and can highly recommend the spicy eggs. The only reason for the 4 star review is the tip is added (12.5%) and if you want it to be removed you have to speak to a member of staff. We always leave a tip wherever we go as appreciate it bumps up earnings but prefer it to be a choice rather than expected. When paying by the app it asks if you you want to leave a further tip again.

Wonderful food.

The wait staff were incredibly kind and helped me to find the plant-based option. I was also encouraged to try the Banana Bread, which is absolutely divine.

I had lunch at Fego today and I was surprised to find out they got rid of the vegan menu which is what I always ask for . On the usual menu is not clear which meal is vegan, but Phillipa who works there helped me out , she not only recommended the best option for me , but she also gave me some extras. She was extremely helpful and very polite.
Despite the lack of the vegan menu I will definitely visit this place again , after all, they have the best smoothies!

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday. We were one of the first ones in and sat by the window. We ordered the full English although they did have the full South African breakfast on offer. The Tea they brought was refreshingly hot and strong which bucks the trend of many cafes I have visited. The Breakfast ws great and well worth the money paid, by the time we finished the place was full. The only issue was the door which doen;t shut completely and the cool wind can blow down the street and disrupt your breakfast, there is a sign which politely asks customers to close the door when they enter but only one out of ten tables read and complied. Service was also good too, from memory they added a service charge so there was no need to leave a tip.

The food was delicious and the service was great too. The white chocolate mousse dessert shaped like an apple is just fantastic, light and sweet. Kids enjoyed their pancakes, just the right sized portion.

Lovely, welcoming, friendly, vibrant place, food is delicious, service is top notch. We are always served with happy smiling faces, all the staff work very hard with passion and their individual lovely personalities brighten up the place. Service is fast and the chefs really put extra effort in ensuring the food is cooked to perfection. Shout out to the amazing Phillipa, Sorina, Patrick, Anastasia, chef Luke and all at fego gerrards cross, you all are amazing souls and we appreciate the hardwork and effort you put in making this place so special yet like home for customers.

We have been been a big fan of Fego’s for a few years now. Not only is the food delicious but all the staff are all amazing. We have seen new faces often and they have all been lovely.
The service is spot on all the time.
Our two favs are Serena and Philly who are alway so kind and lovely! They always make us feel welcome and that’s why we visit so often! We don’t live near by at all! But it’s worth the travel!
Thank you ladies for you smiles and kindness.
