Great place to watch the fountain show. When everyone is crowded and it is very hot during the day, it is nice to sit in the shade and enjoy the fountain show with a cup of aromatic coffee and refreshing lemonade.

The atmosphere is phenomenal, next to Burj khalifa and the fountain, the food is good, the cocktail ???? were very good actually, the staff were friendly and they have a tablet that you can see and choose food or drinks, they serve alcohol also. The Guinness ???? is fantastic. They have a happy hour from 3 to 6 with discount on the drinks.

The only thing keeping this place open it’s location.
Honestly the star is only for the views of the dancing fountain and burj Khalifa … otherwise it’s not worth the overpriced not well explained menu or the not well together service.
It took them 10 min to bring sugar for the cup of the tea that went cold!

Over priced, service is very humble! Not worth the money you pay! All turkish restaurants serve the adana with borgul or fries or rise, they will bring you only one medium size kebab and charge you 160 AED for it! Don’t go there it’s a robbery !

This is the place we go to for a family treat. We have a large family ( 5 kids, 2 adults) and this place does excellent portion sizes for good value with money ( there is always some leftover). The food is served quickly and always cooked thoroughly and deliciously. I cannot recommend them enough. My husband loves their chips and often fancies a snack of chips from them! The actual property is not accessible for wheelchairs/pushchairs, but they do free delivery within 3 miles and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Great service from Golden Phoenix. Very happy with the quality of the food. The quantity was very generous. My fav was the satay beef. Thanks for the great food. We will come back soon.

I didn't have a menu so was guided by the lady who took my order

Food very good - have seen previous reviews state heavy on the garlic --- and that is true - but you could always ask for less

Seen review state there's steps @the front - does that change the quality of the food?

My order was exactly what I asked for -- arrived within time stated

Order arrived in time, but missing a dish. Called to fix the problem, but told 3 times to search the bag. Only ordered 5 dishes, so didn’t take too long. Was then told dish was definitely placed in bag and could have a free dish next time. Stated I wouldn’t be ordering again and would like a refund as a result of being questioned 3 times. I was told my order was the only on delivery and cctv shows the chef placing order into bag. Annoyed at the lengths they have gone to, to not to rectify there mistake. Poor business practice in order to take £5.20. Please be aware if you do order and there is a problem, you will be questioned on your honesty. Pity really as food taste good and ordered a couple times with friends, but not the first time with difficulties when they make a mistake.
