I was about to get a reservations for 15-20 pax this coming monday and I just needed some info's and confirmations, but the guy who answered the phone was totally rude, like he was shutting me off for the reason that he was too busy at that moment. Terrible customer service ever!!

I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday party at Vinahouse and it was such and It was such an amazing experience. The security and customer service provided by the staff is breathtaking. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a spot to chill for the weekend.
