You get what you pay for. Not bad for cheap food but a far cry from the Japanese food I am familiar with. The place does not seem to have exhausts despite having some cooking done on the table.

not recommended to dine in the restaurant as it was smoky environment, seems that restaurant does not install exhaust fan!

I travel for work. Usually stay 3 nights during 6 months of the year.
This particular Premier inn is Outstanding! Staff AMAZING everyone is so engaging and helpful (although they could have like an extra staff for dinner times they need that extra hands)
Food not for me as I am vegetarian. However even with that service is BRILLIANT! Menu looks lovely if you like meat.

Great location for punchdrunk's burnt city, staff were helpful and the the price was good. Only 25 mins outside the city center on the Elizabeth line. Rooms were clean only a some road noise if you overlooking the road side of the hotel.

Checking in was ok. A helpful lady showed me how. Room was the same as every other Premier Inn. I’m didn’t sleep too well. The main road going passed the front of the hotel was pretty constant. The service in the connected Beefeater wasn’t too great. I ordered a drink with the waitress, nothing to complicated, just a pint of Diet Coke. 15 minutes later I was still waiting for it. Which was a bit worrying as there were only 5 other people in the place. Imagine if it had been busy. For my meal I had what was supposed to be an 8oz sirloin steak. Attached is a photo of my steak. As it came and with nothing eaten off it. The tiny bit of meat hidden under my fork

- Good sized clean room.
- Soundproofing works well - was very quiet despite being next to a busy road,
- Window doesn't open at all.
- Room was way too hot, realised aircon was set to heating mode, you can't change it in the room for some reason, had to get reception to change it to cooling mode. Temperature was fine after this.
- Great transport links nearby.
- Friendly staff.

Wow, what an unforgettable experience! Good and clean rooms, the staff team were always ready to assist and the Hotel was accessibly close to London Subway and buses. The breakfast was cool and It was worth repeating again and again. We loved it all!

Beware - WINDOWS DO NOT OPEN, not even a little. Only way to air room is through AC. For the ones impacted, can trigger panic attack/claustrophobia. Also, they don't have a lobby. There's a beefeater restaurant which is closed in the evening. If you want to chill somewhere downstairs, there aren't any sofas or whatever after a certain time in the evening once the restaurant is closed.
Other than that, nice Premier Inn

A very convenient location for my overnight stay for business purposes. The room rate was good, despite ExCel (Just across the river) being busy. Pleasant staff. Paid public parking £9.00 for 24 hours, right outside. Tube station five minutes walk away. The Beefeater Grill restaurant dinner within the hotel was OK, but breakfast sausages contained more filler than meat. There didn't seem to be any decent options close by for dining elsewhere. My main issue was the very poor water pressure. The old saying about running around in the shower to get wet was so true! ????

The room was clean, but the bed was not comfy to sleep, and the service was ok, and the location was good, only 25-30mins from central with Elizabeth line. Ideal budget friendly place to stay ????
