Unprofessional and very unkind experience from the start till the end to even refusing to provide proper obligated papers and when my son was there he was also not happy. Quite shocking to experience the behaviour of management. No humbleness, integrity or ownership received. Wishing this Nursery all the best and hopefully to improve and realise to take in our experience comment as constructive feedback and not to get offended as what I realised.

Kangroo kids nursery is the best option for everyone who care about the child's development and happiness.
I was very picky about the nursery and after lots of investigations and visiting all the high rated nurseries in Dubai I decided to send my son Milan, to Kangroo nursery ! though the location is far from my home but I am very happy to send my son to the best ever nursery. I am seeing his development in all skills day by day and I am rating this nursery 5 star in all aspects.
Specially his teacher ms Robins is a real professional and well experienced teacher. And I want to say her a bog thank you here!⚘⚘

Kangaroo Kids is the most wonderful place to work and be. We have the most wonderful facilities filled with a talented team. Our families make us a community and the most lovely place to be.

This is a beautiful large nursery with fantastic resources. The staff care well for the children and encourage them all individually. It is a happy and homely place.

Update to my previous review: I've just been in to have my phone looked at; as in my previous review the phone speaker wasn't working. The gentleman at the counter refunded me the ten pounds which I thought was very thoughtful and made up for the accident with the speaker. He was very thorough when checking my phone.
I learned an interesting fact that our phone has two speakers. He called my phone, checking the first speaker and then I played a tiktok video to test the second speaker (I'm probably butchering the terminology here) and that's where the problem was. He replaced the speaker twice and it still wasn't working and I figured it was permanently damaged until the gentleman at the counter did some phone witchcraft thing and it was fixed! (He did actually explain but I don't remember....something involving air and my speaker. ????)

So I definitely think after all that he deserves a 5 star review. I would like to thank them again for fixing my phone and for fixing the issues.

Oh! And the vibration is fixed too.

Original review: Went in for a touch screen issue and turned out to have old water damage. The gentleman at the counter then told me it would be an extra ten pounds on top of the 95pounds. I'm not too upset about that as I understand it needed to be repaired. What I am upset about is my speaker suddenly not working and my vibrate mode acting off. And I know this wasn't caused from the old water damage as that was working perfectly until the repair and so was the speaker. I know this because I was watching tiktok when the phone stopped responding to touch, when I was turning my my phone on and off, turning down the sound. The vibration was working as well.

However I'm glad to have a working phone and would like to thank them for fixing it so quick.
I'm taking two stars away for the damage because at 105 pounds i would expectmy speaker to still be functioning.

If you’re needing a screen repair please avoid! One of the staff members was particularly rude after doing a sub par job and refusing to give a partial refund. A formal complaint has been sent and Will be reporting them to trading standards and the Ombudsman.

*edit to add to response. Had you stopped raising your voice and interrupting when we explained. We had just come back from the Apple Store and they had informed us that the case for the phone wasn’t bent as you claimed and that the error was entirely down to the replacement of the screen, which you had done the work on. In fact it was the Apple Store genius that had suggested we return to you to request a refund as you’d done such a such par job and your colleague even admitted that the screens you replace with are thicker than industry standard. Since you have replaced it the phone is not working as it should.

Had a broken screen and a phone which was no longer working properly, and they were able to repair the phone very quickly (u003c2hrs) and had no issues in the almost two weeks since.

Had a charging issue with my phone, was told it was my charging point and they replaced it only for the same issue to be there. Went back and they wouldn't offer a refund instead gave me Bluetooth speakers from their stock instead of money, went back for them supposedly to fix the issue they should have originally and still they couldn't, now saying it was my battery. Spent over £100 for them not to fix my phone at all. Took it to an actual professional shop and fixed for £40. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!

Fixed my camera glass very quickly on the same day which was good but pretty pricey compared to some other places.

Great and speedy service! I also received tips for the future use. Had a broken camera glass and battery that needed to be replaced. Done in 2 hours, working perfectly now :)

Ipad screen fixed. Was told it would be 80 to 100 and would call me to let me know for definite. I waited until 4pm to be told it was fixed but would cost 150 as the camera was affected. The camera hadn't been replaced though, just the screen?? He had tried to call but had taken down the wrong number ?!
I explained that I wasn't happy with such a huge jump in price but since it had been fixed I felt I didn't have much choice. He took 120 when we went ro collect it.

2 weeks later the screen died. I took it to the apple store who run tests and said it was a motherboard issue. They noticed the replacement screen and suggested if this was recent to take it back to where it was fixed. We called the shop very hesitantly after the awful experience the first time, to be told if we didn't have proof of the repair ( which we didn't get) there was nothing they could do !! Apparently the store don't have any records of the repairs they carry out ?!
This issue may not be connected but its a huge coincidence and horrific customer service all the same.
£120 worse off and no ipad.

Please avoid this shop at all costs !
