They have very good Karak chai and only 1 AED and serving other good staf too staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very bad manners and misbehaving persons by Karak Express, King Faisal Road, Umm Al Quwain. They forced you for buying older bakery items even they have fresh one. I insisted for fresh bakery item, they started arguing and misbehaving. By look, I didn’t find them following hygienic procedures. A very worst behaviour and management , I have ever experienced by any cafeteria.

Karak tea is all about striking the right balance . Correct amount of milk along with the brewed tea mix. This place is a must visit.

Thameslink is bloody expensive but I still love this station. There is a lift for easy access between platforms and contact less pay and oyster cards work here.

A very good commuter station with regular Thameslink services to Bedfordshire and London.

It is always well staffed and it actually have a manned ticket office. The platforms are large and spacious, and seemed to be cleaned on a regular basis; no signs of litter anywhere around the station.

There's also a bus station at the entrance, TfL and Hertfordshire bus routes stop here.

Look out for Hollywood-style Walk of Fame on the pavement outside the station that honours the film and TV legends who've worked at the studios in the town over the past 100 years.

I've never had any problems when using this station.

Level access to station and lifts to all platforms. Ticket office open reasonable hours. Bus stops and pick up/drop off outside.

The train and service is good but 1 of the lifts are not working so you have to struggle getting to platforms via stairs

Toilets out of order. A bit run down and grubby, but there is a convenience store on site, and several bus services with real time update screens

The station is not bad, the delays on Thames link or cancellation is a let down.

The station is not too far from the football ground at Meadow Park, so I can quickly get back to the station after football matches to get back to Blackfriars or West Hampstead Thameslink.

It's a train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. They newsagents is fine. Its clean and tidy. All good, but you can't legislate for the trains.
