The service is very bad. They have serious hygiene issue. They serve the tea in a glass cup and the problem is that there staff always hold the cup from the top where we put our mouth to drink. I have highlighted this issue to the staff and the supervisor as well. However, is seems that they are not worried as they continued to do the same to other customers!!!

I kept watching them for more than half an hour and this was their practice with all the orders.

The worst part is that the incedint did not bother the supervisor as the staff continued the same practice in front of him after I spoke to him, but he did not take any action!!!

I hope the customers will attention of this.

Unfortunately small example they are very expensive ask for cheese Barata will cost you six dirham but if you will drive through just qaser aljabal restaurant after 3 m I will cost you only 2.5 dirham. and all Sam travel prices just you need to drive 3 m to get good quality and good price.

Ordered the Magic Karak and a Chips Oman paratha. The karak came in a takeaway glass. It was tasty. There is a foam of saffron flavored milk with karak in the middle layered over fresh milk on the bottom. The paratha was also tasty and filled with a generous amount of Chips Oman!

I tried the magic and romantic tea, must appreciate the creativity. Found romantic too sweet but the magic tea was good.

A reduction in price will help make it more popular

So I went there to have a cup of coffee with my friends after having iftar on the holy month of ramadan and I ordered 3 Spanish latte and it was a scam they gave me Nescafe on 18 AED each,the worst part is they were very un-apologetic and rude as well, I have wasted my hard earned 54 Aed there so I never recommend anybody
Rather you go to the nearest mini mart and have coffee from there it was good enough
